Shott Health Services is a community-governed health care organization dedicated to providing affordable and accessible primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care. We provide age-appropriate screenings, diagnoses, and treatments of diseases. In 2019, our primary care services facilitated 98,424 visits.

OB/GYN Services:

Our OB/GYN services cater to the unique needs of women, including routine preventive care (Pap smears, breast exams, and mammography referrals), birth control, family planning, and other gynecologic screenings. We also provide coordinated specialist care when necessary. Our prenatal services include ultrasounds, screening tests, and diagnostic tests. In 2019, we had 27,392 encounters, including 942 inpatient visits.

Dental Services:

Our dental services include cleanings, exams, X-rays, fillings, some root canals and extractions, periodontal treatment, crowns, bridges, and dentures. We also offer emergency treatments and referrals for both children and adults. In 2019, we facilitated 24,731 dental visits.
